Project Time Frames
Estimated time frames are based on individual projects and will be quoted at the time of sale, average time frames are 2-3 weeks from the time we receive your final information.

Origin 3 has drafted this policy to outline our refund procedures for all clients.
Design Process
Origin 3 requires a deposit of 50% of the total setup cost to start on a project. The second half of the setup cost is due upon completion or after 6 weeks from the project start date whichever comes first.
Refunds
All refunds will be processed by check and mailed out within 3 - 5 days of cancellation.
Cancellation Fee
On all sales for design or hosting services, Origin 3 requires a 15% cancellation fee on the total setup cost regardless of any work being done on the site.
Once Work Has Begun
Once Origin 3 has started working on your project and a cancellation of that project is requested, Origin 3 will bill out any work previously done at $105.00 per hour and refund the remaining balance to the customer by check.
Final Design Approval
Once Origin 3 receives a final design approval from the customer and the remaining balance is paid to Origin 3 for all services provided, no refunds will be available.

Origin 3 has drafted this policy to outline our billing policy for all customers
General Billing
Origin 3 requires a deposit of 50% of the total setup cost to start on a project. The second half of the setup cost is due upon completion or after 6 weeks from the project start date which ever comes first.
If the website is projected to take longer than 8 weeks or if the total setup cost is greater than $4000.00, Origin 3 requires half down to start the project, 25% percent is then due 3 weeks from the project start date and the final 25% is due upon completion or after 6 weeks from project start date if Origin 3 is waiting on materials from the client.
Enhancements/Additions
Any enhancements or additions made to the site during the design process that add any additional costs apart from the setup cost will be billed in full at that time not upon completion.
Approval of Design and Site
All approvals must be given via email. Once Origin 3 has received approval on any stage of the process, any changes to the approved work will be billed a minimum of one hour at the $105.00 per hour.
Non-Payment
Any work that has not been paid for within 30 days of its completion becomes property of Origin 3, LLC. and as such are free to distribute, sell, or otherwise use as seen fit to recover losses from lack of payment. Payment arrangements and other options are available and must be made prior to the 30 day period.
Maintenance and Hourly Rate
Changes requested by the client after the completion of the project or during development will be billed at the hourly rate of $105.00. Changes are considered anything that was not included in the most recently dated quote provided.
Web Hosting
The client understands that a web hosting service is required in order to maintain or display any web based product. Web hosting is a service that most customers of Origin 3, LLC customer choose to have provided by Origin 3, LLC. If the client chooses not to use Origin 3, LLC as their hosting service, the client understands that a contract with a web hosting service will be needed. The client agrees to select a web hosting service that supports the proper software needed to allow the product created by Origin 3, LLC to function properly and that the finished product created by Origin 3, LLC may be provided in the form of all development files and a copy of the working product on a CD, or by providing FTP access and administration access at the discretion client. Origin 3, LLC is not responsible for installing any product that is not being hosted by Origin 3, LLC unless listed in the most recent quote provided to the client by the sales representative.
Completion Date
Origin 3, LLC and the client must work together to complete the website in a timely manner. The client agrees to give Origin 3, LLC any needed information or approvals within 2 business days of its request. Origin 3, LLC agrees to complete the product specified with in the time provided in the most recent quote provided to the client by the sales representative.
Payment of Fees
Fees to Origin 3, LLC due and payable on the following schedule in the most recent quote provided to the client by the sales representative or within the terms provided in this in this agreement, which ever is shorter. If payments due are not received within 10 business days of the date due, the payment is considered late. If the Client is late in making payment, Origin 3 is entitled to charge interest at the rate of 1 1/2 % per month or part thereof until the entire amount due is received. The customer alone is liable for payment; payments by other parties shall be accepted conditionally, only if they are received on time in the full amount of the invoice and the identity of the customer, the invoice number and the order number are clearly recognizable. The customer has no right to retain any portion of a payment. The customer may not offset an invoice against other claims unless these are undisputed or legally enforceable.
Should Origin 3 need to engage the services of a law firm, solicitor, or debt collection agency to assist in the collection of the payment from the Client, then the client agrees to pay Origin 3 the full costs and commissions charged by the law firm, solicitor, or debt collection agency for such services plus an additional administration fee of $105.00 per hour to compensate Origin 3 for the additional administrative and management time required to collect the outstanding payment.
Legality
This Agreement shall be governed by,
enforced and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah without
giving effect to any principles of conflict of law. The Client hereby
irrevocably consents and agrees to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the
courts of the County of Salt Lake, State of Utah and Federal Courts situated in
the County of Salt Lake, State of Utah in connection with any action arising
under or relating to this Agreement. The Company further consents to the
exclusive jurisdiction of and venue in the previously listed courts for any
action commenced by Client against Origin 3 or its affiliates.
Termination
In the event that Client breaches this Agreement, Origin 3 shall have the right to terminate whereupon client shall pay the full purchase price provided hereunder for the services completed and for all work in progress. In the event that Origin 3 breaches this Agreement, Client shall have the right to terminate whereupon Origin 3 shall return to Client all Source Materials and data supplied by Client together with all translated product that exists as of the date of termination and Client shall pay the full purchase price provided hereunder for the services completed and for all work in progress. Neither party shall be deemed to be in breach or default of any provision of this Agreement by reason of a delay or failure in performance due to any causes beyond its control.
Warranties
Origin 3, LLC does not warrant that the functions contained in the service or product purchased by the client will be uninterrupted or error-free due to any untested sections of the product, hardware, internet disruption, or 3rd party software issues of any type. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the website is with the client. In no event will Origin 3, LLC be liable to the client or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate this website and/or software. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Copyrights and Trademarks
The client represents to Origin 3, LLC and unconditionally guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to Origin 3, LLC for inclusion in project are owned by the client, or that the client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Origin 3 LLC from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the client.
Copyrights and Patents
Copyright of the finished website and Patents of the finished software is the responsibility of the client. Upon receipt of final payment of this contract by Origin 3, LLC, the client will be assigned rights to ownership of the website, website design, graphics, software, and any other files associated and/or implied within this project and text contained in the finished assembled website. Origin 3, LLC retains the right to display graphics and other Web design elements as examples of their work in their respective portfolios. Origin 3, LLC will not give access to any password protected or proprietary area?s of the site to any client for any reason without permission from the client.
Exclusivity of Finished Product
Upon receipt of initial payment by the client, all graphics, designs, and other associated items and information combined within this project will become the exclusive property of the client.
